WHAT IS FLASHER RELAY?

Flasher time relay differentiates from other timer relay types with a slight difference. It’s main working principle is same with the others. The difference is, flasher time relay can count both the working and idle time.

It starts counting as the energy arrives to coil and keeps the system working as long as the time you set it to. When the time is up it stays idle as long as the time you set it to just as before. Thus it makes it possible to set adjustable working and idling periods.

When choosing a flasher timer relay, in addition to ones you should pay attention to while choosing a time relay; you should also take a look at cooldown time. Maximum cooldown time and cooldown adjustment precision is important.
